"The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. As was our room, including the patio area. Service was quite good (generally excellent but occasionally inconsistent). The garden is gorgeous, but also a tourist attraction in itself so gets busy with tourists not staying at the hotel. This means you are constantly asked by staff if you’re a guest. "The hotel is on 6 different properties close to each other in the Medina. I visited three of these (one with main reception and breakfast, one with the room I stayed in and a third with the spa). All were close by but its good to be aware of this. The staff were helpful with the luggage and with booking taxis, spa, excursions etc. "
