"Such a warm welcome, lovely accommodation and a great location. The room was a bit in the small side for two, but nothing to diminish the enjoyment of our visit. The large breakfast was a nice touch and I can’t overstate how accommodating the staff were for every need. "

"The place was very convenient and comfortable. Fannan was so helpful and friendly all the time. I wasn’t feeling well and they got me boiled potatoes and special foods to accommodate my upset stomach. It just felt like home away from home. I can’t ask for a better hotel. Noureddine was helpful in every way. It was nice to stay within Madina walls to explore the neighborhood thoroughly. "

"The hotel and its decor was excellent that gave a feeling of comfort and scenery. The owner Sa’id was very helpful and accommodating. If ever I am in Marrakesh Morocco again I would definitely consider this Riad as a place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a place to visit."

"One of the best vacation we had for a long time. We have been traveling quite often and been to many different countries before. We were most impressed by the management staffs especially Zakarya manager who was very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend asking her to help you on your stay. The dinner staffs are also extremely nice especially the waiter Aumaima giving us a very memorable dinner. The captain and the hostess are also extraordinary and so surprised they kindly thank you in words and not accepting our tips, which is very unusually in Morocco. I personally think excellent services deserve monetary encouragement. The hotel really hires good managers. Thank you for the enjoyable stay and memorable services in Morocco. John and Eva"

Beautiful Riad and amazing team !

"Perfect from start to finish. The whole team did everything they could to make sure our stay was memorable. Take up the offer of transfers from the airport, make sure you dine at the rooftop at least once for dinner. Our room was spotless , spacious and very comfortable . Perfect location for both the square and souks . Thank you for such a wonderful few days . "

"We arrived at this property exhausted as we flew over night from Canada. We were greeted warmly with tea, dates and cookies. The amenities were all well described to us and we were acknowledged by all the staff. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with homemade shampoo, conditioners and body wash. We had fresh fruit in our room as well. The food in the restaurant was amazing so fresh, beautifully prepared and the service was outstanding. We enjoyed dinner music, tea, and a serene environment. Every need was attended to quickly and often before we knew we needed it. We had special service from Jalil who served most of our meals and made us beautiful tea and served it perfectly. Yousef jumped quite literally for anything we needed. It was the best experience in a hotel I have had. I would recommend to anyone visiting the incredible city of Marrakech to stay here and embrace the wonderful people. Thank you for making this experience so special. "

"Highly recommended. Great communication before and during my stay, all of the front desk staff are super friendly and helpful, the riad is clean and beautiful, the location can’t be beat—maybe 50 steps from Jemaa El-Fnaa square, but a quiet and calm oasis where you can escape the frenetic energy of the square. The breakfast was also very good, and is served on a lovely roof deck. If I had to find a negative, I would say that the rooms are compact—but it’s a riad, so you should go in expecting that. The bed and bathroom were plenty large, and there was also ample storage space, so it wasn’t really an issue. I spent over 2 weeks going from place to place every day in Morocco, and Riad Marraplace was by far my favorite lodging."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Riad Azrur. The Riad is located in a small alley (not uncommon) in the Medina area of Marrakech, within walking distance of all of the major highlights in that part of town. There are also ample taxis and a lot of local shops nearby. The rooms are spotless. The true gem, however, is the manager, Ibrahim. He will make you feel like family from the moment you arrive. He went above and beyond to make us breakfast on days we needed to be out early, programmed our phones so we had all the local maps and included highlights to see, and helped us navigate the city. Also, Ibrahim makes the best tea! Highly recommend this property. "
