"I had one of the most amazing stays at this Riad. Given it's location is in the Old Town, naturally the area surrounding this property is poor with obvious cultural differences. Staff were polite, spoke English well, and we're available at any hour. Morning breakfast was delightful and served daily in their rooftop restaurant packed with charm and rooster's crowing. "The location is PERFECT! Just at the entrance of the main medina and a few blocks from Koutoubia Mosque. The hotel is beautiful. All the restaurants are great. The staff is great. Registration not so great... We booked for 10 days to be paid at the end of our stay. After 3 days, we learned we needed to leave early. We gave 7 DAYS notice we were leaving 4 days early and the hotel refused to allow us to cancel those 4 days with the rationale it was high season and they didnt want to make...
