"One of the best vacation we had for a long time. We have been traveling quite often and been to many different countries before. We were most impressed by the management staffs especially Zakarya manager who was very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend asking her to help you on your stay. The dinner staffs are also extremely nice especially the waiter Aumaima giving us a very memorable dinner. The captain and the hostess are also extraordinary and so surprised they kindly thank you in words and not accepting our tips, which is very unusually in Morocco. I personally think excellent services deserve monetary encouragement. The hotel really hires good managers. Thank you for the enjoyable stay and memorable services in Morocco. John and Eva"

"Very nice stay, the food is fantastic as well as the grounds. Our swim up room was great in the heat. Location very convenient to all sites. Unfortunately there is a sky bar attached to the hotel that can be loud at night until midnight. Light sleepers beware."

Great communication before and during my stay, all of the front desk staff are super friendly and helpful, the riad is clean and beautiful, the location can’t be beat—maybe 50 steps from Jemaa El-Fnaa square, but a quiet and calm oasis where you can escape the frenetic energy of the square. The breakfast was also very good, and is served on a lovely roof deck. If I had to find a negative, I would say that the rooms are compact—but it’s a riad, so you should go in expecting that. The bed and bathroom were plenty large, and there was also ample storage space, so it wasn’t really an issue. I spent over 2 weeks going from place to place every day in Morocco, and Riad Marraplace was by far my favorite lodging."
