We stayed at the Naoura for a week over half term. This is a good hotel however I struggle to accept the 5 star rating. The service was at time chaotic and confused. We had two rooms, one a nicely refurbished suite and the other a three bedroom Ryad which was looking very tired. We had a constant battle to get complimentary water, had to chase for toilet paper and to get room service plates etc removed after use. All this despite spending £1000 per night for the Ryad room alone. The SPA pool is in desperate need of refurbishment with some electrical fittings hanging loose in a wet environment which was a worry, as children are allowed in before 1pm. The outdoor pool is very nice, the hotel location is brilliant. Amine in reception was always trying to help. The staff in general were always pleasant and tried to help but I fear lack managerial direction.

Stayed 3 nights after a long treck in the nearby Atlas Mountains and enjoyed the fantastic spa and swimming pool to recover. Great breakfast buffet as well. Great location, walk everywhere. Hôtel & Ryads Barrière Le Naoura is a beautiful, clean and well kept hotel. We stayed at the beginning of our trip and again at the end. Both rooms were clean and very comfortable. The end of the trip we had a suite, which was exceptional. As for the staff...courteous, friendly and helpful. The location was great, just a short walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa and into the medina. Breakfast was good and the dining areas, both inside and outside, are very comfortable. I would definitely return to this hotel should I return to Marrakech.

My one complaint regarding the property was there was no inside latch to prevent someone from outside opening the door if you were inside as most hotels. Other than that the staff, food, and over all condition of hotel was excellent. Close to most sites of interest, I would stay here again ❤️.
