"We stayed at this property for 2 weeks and I didn’t expect it to be so good! Check in went very smoothly. There is a special check in for Expedia customers. You can go there any time throughout your stay and grab coffee wine champagne or snacks throughout the day. Jose at the buffet was awesome. Food was good buffet was as good as the a la cartes We received a free upgrade to 10th floor ocean view. Loved our room. Cleaning staff was excellent and even provided turn down service. The location of this resort is right across the yellow brick road that leads to Bucerias. Beautiful path and easy walk into town and fast. The pools are clean and poolside service was excellent The really only downside was we were never able to get a chair at the adults only pool. Lots of saved chairs very early in the morning and not necessarily filled until late morning. Would recommend this resort "

"Newness, Hotel is only 8 months old. Excellent roof top pools and hot tubs. Ocean beach is a 15 minute walk. A shopping mall is a 15 minute walk. Excellent restaurants close by."

"The buffet had good choices, plenty of fresh made guacamole, salsa and all the makings for a delicious taco. There was lamb, chicken and beef done in various ways. Always fresh fruit replenished regularly. All the servers were very attentive and polite. We we’re not disappointed with this resort."

"Property is very clean Staff were all pleasant, attentive, and just good people Buffet was solid, multiple options for each course and the restaurants on the ground were all above average. My only suggestion, not a complaint would have a night on the beach or some type of available dining options on the beach Went with four couples and we all enjoyed our stay! "

"We were very impressed with this resort. The projection waterfall wall in the centre was amazing!! The food was delicious!! The pools were warm which was very nice. It was modern and the room was very nice as well. I liked the large main plaza. The architecture, design was impressive!! I would recommend this resort to anyone wanting to stay in Punta Mita. "
