"We have been to PV many times but this was the first time at this resort. It is not a huge resort but just the right size and they had great shows at night. The staff was friendly and welcoming-especially Renee(greeted us right away) Fabian and Cristhian at Italian restaurant. Dalia lobby bar AMAZING and Alejandra at the pool bar by the adult pool. They were doing some renovations at the time but nothing to annoy you, only downfall was that a few bars and restaurants were not open due to this. We definitely would stay here again."

Didn’t like the soliciting of the time share for other Iberostar properties. Especially after traveling for 11 hours and I want to get to my room and rest and relax and enjoy the oceon view that part of the trip really turned me off "

"The facility is newer, clean, standard size North American room, with a large shower, and amenities. The bed is firm and extremely comfortable. The rooftop is quite nice, new, clean and with good views. The young professional, welcoming, and helpful staff make this hotel. Santiago and Daniel were particularly helpful and listening to my poor Spanish while they spoke perfect English. "
