"The location of this hotel is fantastic! Not far away from the old part of Madrid, good restaurants and shopping places near by. Building is new and cleaning service is great. I removed a star for two reasons, first, the towels were a little bit old 😔…Second, I had been in many four star hotels, so I am used to see magnificent breakfast options that are perfect for lunch or dinner, but this hotel only serves a continental breakfast which it is not bad, but it is ok for a three stars hotel. "

"Para ser justo por el precio no se puede exigir mucho, las instalaciones se ven que fueron renovadas hace algún tiempo y ya tienen el desgaste del uso y aunque limpien pareciera q no este muy limpio, las camas no muy comodas pero si solo vas a dormir esta bien, el staff muy cordial y servicial, muy buena ubicación "
