"Great stay at this lovely hotel. It’s a little way outside the city centre but the metro is only a 5 minute walk away and is cheap and easy to use. There is a direct line into the city centre. "

"It was a great hotel, no complaints, but I do want to add, this is a very large in a central section in Madrid. This is one of the largest hotels I have ever stayed in so the lobby area and restaurant section is a bit noisy."

"The property was great, not too far from airport. The breakfast was good. Alot of variety. The shuttle service to and from the airport was great. The only problem we had was that the A/C was not working. We were told they do not use it in the winter. So that was not good. Luckily my husband was able to open a window. "
