"This is a great hotel! Our room was clean, if we forgot anything they pretty much had us covered, great location near everything the tours we met at or just sightseeing. Our favorite was the electric blinds how noise canceling and blocked the light that we ended up sleeping in. Upstairs has a patio and bar just overall great experience. Would definitely stay here again!!!"

"If you don't mind sleeping with open window next to a noisy main road after a warm day in Madrid because the Hotel shuts off the AC at 10 pm according to the reception staff, then this is your place. Everything else is perfect!!!!"

Customer service in general is also excellent..
