Best hotel in Puerto Princessa. Robinsons shopping mall ( locals mall) was literally steps away and a nice clean giant mall !! Breakfast was yummmy and staff was amazing . Pool And bar are also very clean and well run .

Sadly this property has no proper Reception Desk - there is a table with two staff running around fiddling through guest registration papers to find yours. Have no systematic Filling system. Most disorganized reception I have ever come across a 4 rated Hotel. Rooms have tiled floors but no slippers so you have to walk around with wet feet once you get out of shower. Every request for assistance had to done twice !

Hotel is nice and decently clean but the only thing is that the hotel is near to the end of town so if you planing a night in town it cost you a bit to just get from hotel to town or anywhere. But the hotel have a convenient mall next to it so if you missing something or forgot something you can grab it from there.

I would rate this hotel 5stars except the bathroom situation. I personally prefer to have the bathroom sink i side of the bathroom rather than outside. (Wash hands first after using the bathroom). Otherwise, our stay was great, staff very helpful, polite and attentive. Great breakfast buffet. I would stay here again.

They should improve…
First time to see that the room CR lavatory is almost beside the bed (few steps away) not inside the CR. I dont know the logic. Maybe to save on space. The food is so-so. Recycled the following day…sample is, chicken adobo and beef patty with gravy on Day 1, Day 2 it's chicken adobo rice and Beef Picadillo (which didnt taste like the usual picadillo). There were fruit flies flying at the bread section (jam section) that I heard one of the foreigner was complaining.

Rooftop pool and bar very enjoyable. Rooms are very clean, mattress and bedding comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good with different options daily. Lechon was very delicious never thought of it as a breakfast item but enjoyed every last bite. The Staff was always very helpful with everything. Thank you Hue hotel staff you made our stay very enjoyable.

The room was great and the view would have been great because of the big beautiful trees, but the run down buildings next to their property ruined the view. For the most part the staff was great. There was this one incident where I was standing at the desk waiting for the staff to finish with a guest in front of us. Along came a rude lady just as he finishes with that guest and cut in front of us. The staff just went straight to her and helped her, leaving us standing there. There is nothing worse than rude people..
