"Amazing service! It is a bit of a walk to the nearest MRT station and the beds could be a touch softer, but otherwise excellent everything. Breakfast options varied with some constant and others changing daily, for example same congee, scrambled eggs and salad offfering every day but different broth soup and “entree” type dishes every day. Lots of restaurant options around hotel. Highly recommended if distance away from an MRT (about a 10 minute walk) is not a dealbreaker. "

"We arrived at the hotel around 7pm and check in was an easy process. Slightly annoyed that the room we wanted to choose was shown as available on their screen however it was rebooked for an additional by current guess. The room itself was clean and bed was comfortable. Our kettle was broken and reception replaced it right away. We asked for additional pillows and they were delivered immediately. "Some of the receptionists aren’t friendly. I asked if I can request for a late check out but the guy receptionist said he cannot grant it due to high demand on the day we are leaving. So I went back the following day and found a different receptionist and this time she granted my late check out request. That guy looks stressed and was not even giving me an eye contact. Overall, the hotel is cery convenient to everything."
