"Staff were really helpful at the hotel and available when I checked in late after a work trip. There were quite a lot of stains on my carpet which was off putting and no water in the room, which feels like standard practice. The room was fit for purchase for a night stay but I wouldn’t have stayed there for longer as it was a small room."

"Great location and staff very helpful and friendly. There was a wedding happening whislt we stayed there and apart from seeing the bride and groom doing their photos we didnt even know a wedding was happening. Nice countryside walk into Thame as well. If i had to find issues then the room could have done with some complimentary water and dressing gowns though which was a bit of a surprise considering we were in a suite and the cost of it. Car park is a bit of a walk if its raining. However...

"I needed a place in the city centre of Oxford near st Cathrine's college. The hotel served the purpose. Staff were friendly, check in was smooth and room very clean and welcoming. Many restaurants nearby so food was not a challenge. I would stay here again."
