I didn’t feel uncomfortable with my restricted mobility, a walk-in shower which was great plus the security aspect they went through with me being in a wheelchair. Only point against the hotel - evening meals expensive.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. The rooms were spotless and incredibly spacious. The staff at check-in were warm, welcoming, and accommodating. We had a fantastic night's sleep, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. A special mention to the lovely staff member with red hair—she was exceptionally kind and went out of her way to ensure everyone felt comfortable and well cared for during breakfast. Our stay was wonderful, and we will definitely be returning soon. There’s absolutely nothing to fault about this hotel. Thank you! 😊

Breakfast was lovely and the lady cleaning up around the breakfast tables was excellent. Room was perfectly adequate for our needs. Would have liked to have used my own Netflix account on the smart tv in the room but that’s only a small thing and would take away from my review. I would certainly stay here again if in the area. Also the 12pm check out time was a real bonus.

Very easy to get to and good parking. Staff were helpful. If you park at the back of the hotel and enter your reg at the check in desk, the parking is free. Room was very well appointed and comfortable. Had a fridge, iron, ironing board, hair dryer , safe and kettle. Can't think of anything else that anyone would need.

This is a nice hotel with polite and helpful staff and was quite a contrast from many other hotels I have stayed at recently in the UK. I liked the larger than average fridge in the room and decor. The breakfast was good, though it would be nice if it finished later during the week with the same timings as on the weekends. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, though the bathroom was a little small, but manageable. A walk in shower would definitely be better. Unfortunately, the taxis called by the hotel were not very professional, but apparently there are not very good taxi services in the area.

Really good overnight stay. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Room was clean, tidy and had everything you needed. Food was a little pricey, but was quality. Car park charge was low for a hotel.
