"Good safe area, about a 5 minute walk to the subway, pretty convenient. Decently busy street at all hours, faces a high traffic road so you never really feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. Hotel room was a little banged up, but in all the ways that matter (bed, tv shower, fridge, iron, even a microwave) it was solid, 4th floor was quiet.
