"The room and inside of the hotel were fab. It was very comfortable and clean. Don’t be put off by a dated exterior. The inside is lovely, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was good quality - no complaints. The park and ride is right next door for an easy trip into Chester. We had a happy stay. "

Disappointing given that we paid so much for the room and they couldn’t accommodate. "
