Al llegar a la recepción no tenían constancia de mis datos y no me habían mandado ningún correo con las instrucciones me dejaron tirado a las 23.30, y pese a llamas durante más de media hora intenté llamar, enviar WhatsApp... Nunca contestaron. Lo más fuerte de todo es que se me han quedado el dinero de las 2 noches y las 2 habitaciones que había contratado y no me lo devuelven. Me han robado."
