"an amazing stay was ruined by whoever was answering your phone at your hotel. We asked for a late check out and we’re told it had to be a full day charge. I said OK and said that I would stay till the next day but then they said I couldn’t stay because the hotel was sold out and that I would still have to pay half a day charge for a couple of extra hours how ridiculous we ain’t in a restaurant every night and spent four to $500 and loved the food we ate breakfast two or three times while we were here and spent $100 or more each time we were good guests and they ruined our feelings towards the hotel. We will not stay here again. He offered us no solution and no other option. I was very upset. "
