"The property is beautiful. However, that’s pretty much where the good part ends. Except for Rich and Mark. They were THE best parts of our stay at this hotel. If not for them, our stay would have been awful. We were forced to change rooms due to a plumbing issue that had nothing to do with us. They wanted to put us in a room that was far less of value than our original room. Twice. Rich and Mark, and the valet guys, were awesome though. They made our stay as good as it was. "

"Property was well maintained, and staff was extremely courteous. The marine layer (all day thick fog) was out of their control, so the ocean front room for 2 days was a total waste. The food at the Grill Restaurant was just acceptable (i.e., nothing special) and very expensive. The overnight parking fee of $65 was quite high too. Overall, a nice place to stay for a special occasion. "
