"This property was completely remodeled over the last couple of years. We love BirdRock, so treated ourselves to a staycation (we live in SanDiego). They did a really nice job, room was spacious, elevator was a good size capacity. All around, very comfortable. We booked a 2nd floor king, and we ended up with a two bedroom as a bonus. Very reasonable pricing for the location. Would stay again and wouldn’t hesitate sending out of town guests there. The only thing I wish they would do is in-room coffee pods (think Keurig). They did have some coffee/tea in the lobby and there is Bird Rock Coffee Roasters and Starbucks just down the street. Thank you! "

"The location of the property is perfect. It’s very walkable to restaurants and shops and most importantly the beach is right across the street. The room was upgraded with nice amenities and very comfortable."
