"Beautiful property with very helpful, friendly staff. The thermal pools were amazing and our teenage boys had a blast in the waterslides. Seimbup bar was a nice touch but drink prices there were ridiculous. Other items around the hotel were affordable. Rooms were clean and comfortable, though all the dark wood made them too dark and not very cozy. Juan at the from desk was especially helpful and personable.
