"The house was exactly as advertised. It had a few maintenance issues that the owner is taking care of. Initially, we had a couple of major problems but the manager & the owner came out and immediately called workers out and corrected the problems. The covered porch was wonderful. Sitting out at night listening to the birds and other animals was great!The property manager was extremely helpful. My cell phone died close to the house but it's not easy to find. Something that you should be aware of is that the location of the property is not accurately reflected in the listing at the time of our stay. We selected this location with the hope that it was right next to the center of La Fortuna as was shown on the listing map. This was not the case and it was instead a 15 minute drive.
