"Arrived to the hotel about 830 pm. Looked like it was close to other hotel restaurants. Wanting to walk and get dinner but was told by the hotel staff that it was unsafe to go outside. Asked for a cab and was told it was difficult to get one. Ending up leaving the hotel that evening. Staff working was rude to my spouse but apologies when we brought it up. "

"This was a great place to stay and the staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and always smiling. Great facilities and the steam room was excellent. Lots of pools and access to the public beach. A short cab ride into town for about 25,000 pesos each way, if you want to explore. Staff is busy in maintenance mode working on the upkeep. All areas were clean and well maintained. Food selection was tasteful though a 4 star. Would return again."
