"Casa Emma is a lovely place Centrally located in the walled historic center of Cartagena. The hotel seems newly renovated and was very clean and comfortable. The service was exceptional, especially from Kevin who works at the front desk, He did his best to sort out any issues that we had. My reasons for 4 stars is because the hot water in our room did not work, And also we had issues with the TV the first night, the addition of nightstands would also make the small room more comfortable....

"J'ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour à l'hostal, il n'y avait aucun irritant, tout fonctionne bien, les drains, la pression et la tièdeur de l'eau de la douche, la grandeur des salles de bain. Le lit était confo, l'espace intime avec des prises de courant. J'ai apprécié aussi l'endroit pour fumer. L'hostal est parfaitement bien situé au coeur du vieux Cartagène. Décoration très belle.
