"We stayed in a King on the 14th floor. The room was a good size with closet space and a seating area. Didnʻt need to use the onsen as there was a nice furo bath in our room. We had access to the lounge next door, only available to 14th fl guests. In the lounge you are welcomed the first time with matcha or coffee and a Japanese sweet. "This was our first stop for a three week trip to Japan. Couldn't have chosen a better place to get acquainted and get past the jet lag. Excellent service, very comfortable rooms, beautiful views and wonderful onsen. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. The hotel has many restaurants. We ate at one. Overpriced and just all right.
