"Very convenient. Free dessert and coffee coupons received. Despite the fact they had numerous selections of pastries on display, they refused to let us choose! They gave us what had the most inventory. Ridiculous 😩 The breakfast buffet was an awful experience with so many tourists rushing to catch their next bus. The food was equally disappointing so we will not return"

"1) Airport subway line to Akasaka exit 3 & walk less than 30 sec arrive hotel (very convenient). 2) supermarket & Starbucks just cross to road &7-11 walk one block. 3) 10mins walk or subway one stop to Tenjin for shopping."

"The room was huge and spacious, the staff were super friendly and helpful, there was a heated rooftop infinity pool which we wished we had known earlier so we could make more use of it, and there was an indoor and outdoor public bath. Huge selection of yukatas in the lobby (only downside is that the smaller sizes for kids run out very quickly), and the breakfast selection was also great! "

"Only two things let this down ( check in stick to 3 pm ( I got there at 2:50 and 3 staff but won’t allow you to register ( come 3 pm 30 people trying to register at same time crazy idea ) Number 2 on all menus including bar drinks it say extra ¥500 for NON guest ( BUT guessed have to pay this too ) I discussed it and they need to change wording but will they I doubt it But the hotel is very nice and staff are too I would book again "
