"Spacious, clean room. Friendly staff that actually was present at the time of my check-in. In February the room was really chilly, the heating was on all times when I was in the room. With the heating on the room was good. WC and the especially shower room stayed freezing cold, the water was hot and didn't run out. "A too-brief stay of 2 nights and 3 days in Fukuoka. It's a great city with a lot to offer. The room was clean, compact, and comfortable - if you are accustomed to Western-style hotels, be aware that the rooms are quite small by comparison. Everything worked well, including the ability to control the temperature. "Very nice hotel. Our room was NOT loft style so they have regular rooms too. We were in building 2 which is separate from building 1. Close to monorail and buses. We rented a car and parked overnight in the garage beside 7-11 right by the hotel which accommodates large cars ( avoid the weird lots with steel gates that rise up or you will pay more and they only accommodate tiny cars).
