"Staff was very hospitable and greeted all their guests like family. They gave you a property tour of your room and ensured you understood all amenities on property. There is a public bath with an electric bath, soda bath and medicine bath that was amazing after a days tour. Fantastic! Please go for the four seasons. You have your own private garden and a larger space. Staff will prepare your futons on tatamis. This is a townhouse so you will hear a bit of footsteps above. ...

The staff offers you a book with recommendations such as dining and sight seeing attractions as well as how to get there by bus or transit. The ryokan also offers breakfast and other services for a fee, but the breakfast we had was amazing. They also have a bath you can rent for the hour which was a life saver after walking all day. The hotel has no lobby for guests to even sit to put shoes on and space at the hotel entrance is very cramped, narrow and crowded for even one person to walk through with any baggage. "Description didn't say it was a share space. I traveled with children and I didnt like having to share bathroom with more people. It was a list of "Don't" and I have to keep my children quiet. The doors have a security codes all differents that you have to memorise. On first day my younger child close the door of the room with him inside. An alarm started ringing and it tooks us almost one hour to open it as phones and all information was in the room. Definitely not for families."
