"This is a fantastic little hotel that gives one a taste of the traditional Ryokan experience. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, especially Pierre-san at the front desk. We stayed here three nights just before Christmas. Rooms were clean, large and quiet. Near the Nishiki Market. Large common room and roof deck for DIY meals or cocktails. Highly recommend."

"The property is a good Ryokan experience. The hosts were respectful and provide information on how to get through to the tourist spots. The place is well maintained and i would suggest to try the private bath which is conveniently located in the property for free. The Con here would be the distance from the Kyoto station. Make sure to take the Central Exit after alighting from Shinkansen. There are a few easy to follow rules that you are required to follow in this property."

"Incredible property well worth every last yen, and it fact it is very reasonably priced considering the amenities and ambiance. The onsens are incredible and worth the cost alone, I used these twice a day everyday. A very authentic traditional Japanese hotel. Incredibly friendly and and helpful staff, clean cozy rooms, and a very convenient and central location. This is now my go-to when staying in Kyoto, I wouldn’t consider anywhere else. "

"This was a wonderful hotel in a convenient area of Kyoto, right by a subway station and nice restaurants. The room was very nice with comfortable beds and a nicely designed bathroom. We had a bed with 3 rooms which was great for our group. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. If I get to return to Kyoto, I would definitely stay here again! "

Onyado Nono Kyotoshichijo Natural Hot Springs

"As it was my first experience with an Onyado, I did not know quite what to expect. The staff was very helpful in explaining and answering any questions that I had. My only disappointment was that it was very difficult to obtain bandages to cover my tattoo. Luckily I had brought some bandages and was still able to utilize the mineral pools. For all I would highly recommend this in. Very clean, delicious food and beautiful setting. Thank you."
