"It felt like a home away from home. Located in a charming small town area minutes from bustling Ikebukuro by train, you can get a glimpse of daily life in residential Tokyo. I stayed in the bunk bed room on the upper floor. It was a comfy bed and it never got uncomfortable, though I wasn't sure whether the light in the room is supposed to be left on or not. "electronic door lock jammed while we were inside the room. no phone in room so couldn't call hotel staff. luckily managed contact with expedia via web chat n they called hotel to get us out n changed room. very rare case but would feel more safe if people inside room can reach staff via landline phone or message system, just in case."

"Really convenient, if you want to explore japan i think this is a good options since you can take the a bus directly to the airport either narita or haneda. Not to mention all the places to eat around the area. They also have an information desk (opens at around 11 i believe tho) for any questions you may have. I would come back but pay attention to what room you are getting, they can be small or super small."

Fantastic stay

"Great single room for a solo traveler. Room was efficient and every space was well used without compromising comfort. Fantastic location. Helpful staff, excellent communication prior to my arrival in providing instructions on how to get to the hotel from Narita. Hotel breakfast at 1900 yen was a 7/10 in my opinion, but worth the convenience. "

"Excellent Stay – Clean, Quiet, and Thoughtful Service! I had an amazing stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi-Shinjuku PREMIER. From start to finish, everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. One of the standout features was their room cleaning system—if you opt out of daily cleaning, they provide a bag with fresh towels, toiletries, and bottled water, which was a fantastic and thoughtful touch. The showers were incredible too. The water pressure was on point with both a rainfall and wand option. The location was excellent, just a 5-8 minute walk to the subway, making it easy to get around Tokyo. Despite being so central, the area felt very safe and quiet, which made for a restful stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and well-maintained place to stay in Tokyo! Would definitely stay here again. 🚆✨🏨"

"The area was nice and convenient to walk to Kabukicho, liked that there was laundry. Downfall was the limit on laundry snd the dryer did not dry the clothes properly. Also sad that its not a tattoo friendly onsen/bath house gor thevsmount if tourists this place gets."
