"Pur stay was great overall but i felt that there were wayyyy too many foreign visitors that killed the japan experience so i did not get any bath house time. There noise discipline needed to be more strict and mindful for other guests in house. I have seen a group Travel coordinator that was bombarding the elevators, laundry room, and seemed to not care for other guests around. Maybe implement smaller groups at a time. "We stayed in a room with two twin beds. There was no closet or drawers, so we hung our clothes on the hooks and in the suitcases. Since we were there awhile, it would have been nice to store some things. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was super. The spa area was very clean and spacious. The room wasn't as clean, there was debris on the carpet along the edges of the furniture. There's no individual control of room temperature, so we were too hot a couple of nights, then it cooled...
