"The staff are so courteous and helpful. The cleanliness, aroma, and ambiance was very pleasant and relaxing. I really liked the restaurant in the hotel. If I’m fortunate enough to return back to Japan, this hotel will set the standard for excellence. I would definitely stay here again if I possible."

"The room was rather small and for three people which we had very small, no real closets but the price was right. Across the street was a large dept store and grocery so you can get anything you wanted. We stayed here because it was closer to Disney. The staff wasn't great at English, but what would you really expect, otherwise, it was an excellent in service. "

"4/4.5 hotel situated 7 minutes from Tokyo station (ie. 3 stops away). Booked a room with 3 beds and the room still has plenty of space for 3 large luggages. Very clean and modern. It’s a gem in close proximity to Tokyo station at a reasonable price."

"The hotel itself was a very nice stay but there was only one restaurant around and some of the staff seemed incredibly mad that we didn't speak Japanese. We were prepared to use google translate as we did with every other hotel we stayed at during our trip but the second she saw we didn't speak Japanese, she pushed us off onto another employee. I think she thought we were going to assume that she spoke English because she wasn't Japanese and that's probably the reason why she didn't want to deal...

"Service was excellent! The room although a bit small had all the essentials we needed for our stay. The property is a bit weathered but still a good value. Excellent location as well."

"Overall, great stay here at Toyoko Inn Tokyo Monzen Nakacho Eitaibashi. We stayed for 3 nights from Dec 19 to Dec 21. The room is clean and tidy. Good varieties on free breakfast but did get busy during the breakfast period. Room only came with two sets of towels, we had to pay 100Yen per towel for our kids as fees. Not much stores or restaurants around the area, need to walk at least 5 mins to find some. "

"Convenient location. 5 minutes walk to subway station but not metro line. Quite & Safe. 5 minutes to convenient stores. Kind staff members. Available washing machine. a little bit small size room but it was okay with my two daughters. enough amenities provided. Everything was perfect. I want to stay again when I come to Tokyo next time."
