We loved their pillows! Cute decors too. West Exit of Osaka Station from Subways was a little confusing but we got used to it. 7 Eleven was by JR station and one near by. Easy walking distance to a lot of restaurants and Umeda area for shopping and transportation. This will be our hotel for Osaka stay!! "

"Location, and staff were amazing! Small downside: pool is for adults only. Our fault for not checking and not a diss on the hotel. We used this hotel as our Osaka site seeing spot and USJ adventures. Beds were really small is our only complaint. "

It's super convenient with a lot of shops and restaurants to choose from. The breakfast was very, very excellent especailly, the western style breakfast as far as quantity and quality.
