"The place is really clean and the staff are very nice. The bathroom was just a little old like the bidet didn't work. But there was a Onsen on the top floor to relax after a long day that stayed open till quite late. It's also quite close to Osaka station and umeda station. You can take the underground walkway to go directly in front of the hotel (exit M14) Do note that it's right in the middle of the red light district if you mind that."

"Convenient place to stay in the north part of Osaka around Umeda and Osaka station. 10 to 15 min walk from station but bit complicated to find a hotel. Bit dodgy area but not seriously dangerous. Old hotel and nothing fancy but good enough to stay for few nights if you just need space to sleep."

"Staff at the front lobby especially Mr. Fu was very helpful and gave lots of tips to make our vacation more enjoyable. The luggage transfer service from our hotel in Kyoto to Elsereine in Osaka was awesome. One thing that the hotel needs is a self service laundry room."
