"Very nice stay, with helpful front desk staff. Room was very comfortable and clean. My one issue would be that the lounge for Bonvoy members was not well maintained. My colleagues and I stayed a week and each time we went there would be yogurt but no bowls, wine but no glasses, a certain food gone but not replenished, etc. My colleagues have stayed here many times and say that this is always the case. Maybe a short staffing problem. However, everything else was great. "

"The team were excellent from the minute I arrived. Room was very clean and pleasant temperature. The only thing I would have liked was pillow protectors and feel the pool access could be included for the steep cost per night of the room. Convenient parking if a little pricey. "

"Ok rooms for a night stay. The room was cold and heater was on but not enough for the room given. Bathroom door shower doesnt close properly. Other than that we enjoy the stay."

"The staff were great. There was problems with the housekeeping... My room was never cleaned...I had to ask the cleaner to change my sheets and towels. Then i cleaned the flat myself."

"Very easy way to book in / check out. Really good size for what i paid just a cpl of issues. being the digital tv box didn't work and the oven didn't have any shelves to cook on. Really handy for queens park tube, great pub at the top of the road. For just over £100 for 2 nights in London cant complain "
