"Tho this place was amazing to stay at. The staff weren’t welcoming or friendly. I asked could we check in early I was told it would be 100£ extra I told them no. I asked for late check out I was told the same 100£ fee which isn’t realistic to anyone check out time was 11am. I also asked could I get phone call when the apartment would be ready which I didn’t get & 1 of the showers didn’t work. Tho that was fine as there was another shower in the bathroom. "The staff were great. There was problems with the housekeeping... My room was never cleaned...I had to ask the cleaner to change my sheets and towels. Then i cleaned the flat myself."

"The manager is nice. And friendly. The place is like your old style apartment that needs some work up and renovation. I just wish they had an elevator coz we were on the 4th floor hehehe but not bad for the price that we pay ."
