"I have stayed at this property more times that I can count and every time, it is wonderful. Surprisingly, this time, they hotel did not have my booking so I was a bit concerned when I arrived at 4:00am. They fixed the issue quickly. The women's bathroom off the lobby was also a problem - it only had one stall that worked and the bathroom smelled awful - like a major plumbing issue. The water in my room was also problematic - during the day, the shower was scalding hot so I couldn't shower. At night, it was barely warm. I love this hotel and will continue to stay there, but just some issues I noticed on this trip."

I tried the SPA and it was fantastic. Great location, great food within, close to the metro, in the heart between Terminal 21, and not far from Siam Shopping area. What a great location and facility. "Enjoyed our stay very much. Room temperature easy to control. Comfort very good with lots of space and the kitchen very useful. Staff courteous. One slight negative was the lack of local information available. I know that these days we are all expected to be using Google or other search engines for our information, but leaflets still are useful. The hotel is situated in a very interesting part of town, plenty of food choices, and a real cultural mix. The nearby park is a haven of quiet away from the traffic noise . "

"The ladies, on the hotel desk on the Davis wing were superb, always smiling, and helpful. The ladies doing the room cleaning were also very professional, the rooms were always clean and tidied to a very high standard. It's a great hotel to stay in when you are in Bangkok."

"I stayed in the newer part of the property. The room was excellent and spacious. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Provided transportation back and forth to the top of the street was a convenient perk. I'd highly recommend staying at this location. My only complaint would be the pools close too early. It's always hot and a late night dip in the pool would be excellent. "
