Best in Bangkok for families, stay there all the time. Every time I try another place for a change, I regret it when I compare it to the Emporium Suites. Connected to the mall, food courts, cinema, and BTS subway. Excellent super friendly and helpful staff at a good price. Biggest apartment style rooms, verandas, kitchens, and laundry machines. Our kids call it home.

Amazing location and great rooms
very nice hotel with a location which is hard to beat. Service was great and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Only (minor) downsides are not enough elevators for a building of this size, breakfast could be better and shower is in bathtub. Still a great hotel and will stay there again

great place for visit in BKK
Stayed at Emporium suites several times before. Coming back, as for us all is working, very friendly staff, allways trying to help. Very good location by 2 good shopping malls, BTS station. Fantastic and big pool, very private. Big room, small kitchen, which is very practical for us. Bathroom should be upgraded, bath tap is old fashion, missing propper plugs with usb/usc connections. Coming back.

We liked the location on Sukhumvit rd, close to the shopping centres. The staff were friendly. The pool looks although didnt get to use. Dislikes: This is not a 5 star property, room is looking tired, lifts, 3 of of, 1 not working the whole time are painfully slow and really make a big impact on enjoying your stay. The buffet breakfast is very small, very few options for a 5 star hotel. Especially considering all other 5 star hotels close by who are far more superior. For over $500 AUD for 2 nights there are so many better options close by. I wont be returning.

Ah, the good times. Before covid, I stayed here a lot and the standards have not left. Emporium is clean, cozy, and convenient. My room had an amazing view facing east, Sukhumvit. I was on the 38th floor. So easy and convenient to get to the BTS and around the city. The ONLY downside is the elevator can get congested and you might wait more than 5-10 minutes before an elevator comes. That said, I love this and cant wait to stay again.

Old but spacious
The staff is helpful but not friendly. The room is pretty dated but clean and spacious. We like to stay here because of the location and they have nice big gym. I didn’t get the room upgrade as promised on the website.
