"The Hampton Inn is definitely dated and not as clean as other hotels in the Keys, but you can’t beat the location and the amenities. It has a knockout private beach and is located near John Pennycamp as well as great dining options. The continental breakfast is a big bonus as well. Overall, we would definitely stay again "

"Gilbert’s is always a fun stop when you are entering or leaving the Keys! The staff is very nice. The rooms are clean and the first floor rooms with decks are always a bonus. The drinks are pretty good but restaurant leaves a lot to be desired so I would stick with the basics. "

"Upon arrival at 5:00 pm the room I was assigned had not yet been cleaned. The hall carpeting needed vacuuming throughout my three night stay. There was no ice machine in the building with my room. Seating at breakfast is limited. Overall okay but housekeeping needs to improve their services. The lady at the front desk was very nice. "
