"Can’t decide what’s going on, the reception/lobby area looks old and dated, the restaurant looks remodeled and fresh. It’s been that way for over a year now so are they refreshing all of it or not? The lobby really needs a refresh. "

"Nice hotel though it seems a bit worn - hallways definitely need vacuuming. Desk clerk was somewhat welcoming but certainly didn’t offer any extra information about the hotel or the area. Room is nice, pillows adequate. Great water pressure in shower. No workout facilities though there is a beautiful river walk behind the hotel that we discovered on our own. Breakfast is offered but we haven’t had it yet so cannot comment. Very pricey for a best western, possibly due to the area."
