Very old hotel. Half of the rooms outlets did not work. Lighting on bathroom vanity was very dim. Air-conditioning very noisy. All in all not a very pleasant stay. Would recommend going somewhere else.

This hotel might have been nice but it is in terrible need of repairs.The second floor hallway rug was filthy with stains everywhere. My shower was leaking terribly, the ice machine was broke when I tried to complain the front desk would not answer and when I went down Boone was at the front desk.

The room smelled of smoke despite being a non smoking room. I requested a new room that did not smell like smoke but had an odor. The first had not been renovated since a recent water event. The floor was delaminating in the hall and the metal baseboards and door jams were rusted.

This was my second time staying at this location and I was very disappointed . The hallways smelled of dirty carpet and mildew . We got in the room and it was an immediate no, I went to the desk and asked if there was something else available (of course nothing was) so we kept the room . Mind you the door wouldn’t lock, if I left the room I wouldn’t need a key card to open the door to the room I could just turn the door handle and the door would open . There were ants in the bed and roaches in the bathroom, as I checked out I left the front desk know and all they could offer was points . But what good are points if I’m never booking here again ?

Staff was great. The hotel was dirty. The beds were broken and I had to have the sheets changed. I went to go to bed and saw pizza stains on the sheets. I also noticed homeless people hanging around the property.

We have stayed in several La Quinta hotels through the years. This was not a good experience. Thank God we were there just overnight. The door to the room was broken. It did not open or close properly, the toilet broke overnight, the carpet was not nice and had a hole in it. The juice machine in the morning did not work. It had only water. Overall not a good experience.

Filthy, disgusting experience. FEMA residents living in hotel - NO ONE TOLD US prior to checking in. AC did not de-humidify. Had to use heater in room to dry out our shoes and clothes; room and carpet always damp. Felt like we were living on a dirty alley in a dangerous part of New York City. FEMA residents dirty, in PJ's, smoking outside every time we arrived around 10 to race to our room and lock the door. Did not use gym, did not feel safe. Carpet nastiest I've every seen. Threshold plate missing, carpet raveled, dust piled in corners, used towels on floor to avoid walking on carpet. Rusted trash can left rust "rings" on tile in sink area. Staff was pleasant is the only good thing about this nasty hotel.
