Le Méridien Mexico City Reforma

4.5 star property

"Our stay was okay. The whole staff was really amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. The room was big but it basically has no windows! There were windows but covered from the outside; kind of weird. At least the room was very quiet. The towels were a bit old and there were only two and one hand towel. The shower curtain was also in not great condition. The location was okay but just far from Polanco. I wouldn’t stay there again. "

At one point after waiting for the elevator for about 10 minutes we were directed to a staff only elevator thru a hidden door. The other inconvenience was the dead roach in one of our rooms.
