"Good location with easy access to shopping and entertainment. Room AC control will not maintain the set temperature, had to turn it on and off manually. Check out time in room safety sticker is written as 1pm where as it actually is 12pm."

"Guest services went above and beyond to make me happy. They did upgrade me to a room that seemed to be not used in a long time. Was incomplete with no toiletries, bathrobe, sleepers, dusty. But after couple of email they decide to change my room, we came into an agreement that was ok to stay there but must be clean and complete, since I have taken all my clothes and belongings out of my baggage. "
