"The check-in process was less than ideal. As Expedia VIP members, we were given a “room upgrade” to a suite upon arrival. However, the suite was located near rooms undergoing renovations, and the only window was covered with a piece of wood, presumably due to the construction. We spoke with the front desk to request a different room and were moved to another suite on the top floor. "The staff is very nice they made my experience very pleasant. I would rate the hotel a 3 star, as there is no AC and the rooms are dated. The Morning Restaurant chef is amazing but in the evening it was not good. Overall good place to stay convenient and close to restaurants and museums. "
