I only have two suggestions for the hotel that I think would make the guests even more comfortable. Provide more drinking water in the rooms. And our pillows were a little too firm. I would like to have softer pillows. Other than that JW Marriott is awesome. "

"Absolutely beautiful property. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The area is in the most beautiful and safe part of Mexico City. My only complaint about this hotel was that despite the high nightly price, they still try to get you to “upgrade” your room and pay a even higher nightly fee to get a room with a view, breakfast, and access to their rooftop lounge that is not available to all guests without this upgrade or an access fee. Overall great experience though"

"The property is located in a very nice neighborhood, walking distance from a great area like President Mayasarik with all this restaurant and shopping places. The only I didn't like of the property is no AC at room and not Ice machine. "
