Also, the room in the picture and the real room are quite different - this room is a bit larger than a closet. However, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the lounge downstairs is nice, offers good coffee/espresso, and is comfortable. The room and bath were impeccably clean and the bed comfortable. "

"We were in Vienna for New Year and this hotel was a great choice for convenience. Check in was easy and the gentleman who welcomed us gave us lots of local information. The room and bathroom were clean, warm and comfortable. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but we did eat in the restaurant on the first evening as we arrived late, the food was delicious. "The hotel is well-located, right next to the Rathaus tram and subway station, which puts it a mere 10 minutes walk from the museumsquartier or the parliament. It's well kept and clean, beds are comfortable, the showers are good. But the service is not up to par.
