The room and bathroom were clean, warm and comfortable. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but we did eat in the restaurant on the first evening as we arrived late, the food was delicious. "The hotel is well-located, right next to the Rathaus tram and subway station, which puts it a mere 10 minutes walk from the museumsquartier or the parliament. It's well kept and clean, beds are comfortable, the showers are good. But the service is not up to par. On our first night, we had a door hanger opting to give up having the room cleaned the next day in exchange for a beverage or donation. "From December 23 to 28 2024 Excellent staff reception. This hotel has a special ambiance, and we loved it. The room was big, the bed and pillows comfortable and relaxing, but we found the bathtub inconvenient. The breakfast was fabulous, with a different choice for everyone. The staff was always perfect, very attentive and professional. I recommend the hotel. "

"My family and I had a great stay at the Hotel Rathaus. Clean, quiet, and located within walking distance of some amazing sightseeing. I had a 2nd floor room which was modern, spacious, and clean. My sister and mother stayed in rooms on the third floor which were also very nice though not as new as my room. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was a perfect start to each day. Thanks again to the staff - I hope to be back again soon! "
