"Our stay was perfect! The location was ideal for us traveling from Salzburg. The staff was very accommodating and the room was clean and spacious. All the amenities were wonderful. "It was really easy to get to on public transport and everywhere was within a 20-30 mins walk. Lots of places to eat and the staff were really helpful when approached. The room was big and clean, with nice in room toiletries. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so can't comment but there are places within a short walk which we preferred as en route to places. It's between two other hotels but I'm glad I picked HiLights!"

"Hotel stay was good room breakfast etc. unfortunately when I checked in the whole payment was taken plus an extra sixty euros. I had been told they just took an imprint of my card. When checking out I questioned the extra 60 euro charge and was told I still had to pay the full amount. I tried to explain this at the reception and it wasn’t until I showed them my banking app did they accept this. I’ve no issue with payment being taken when I check in, just be aware of being over charged....

"This is a stunning property. We loved it so much, we cancelled our hotel for the second part of our holiday to remain at this location. The beds were comfy, the room was spacious with a sitting area. It included a mini fridge as well. The pool was really fun (not terribly warm but fine once you got in), and there are nice spas downstairs (hot tub, cold plunge, and saunas of different temperatures). The restaurant food was good, we ate there twice. Service was hit or miss. The bar is a nice...
