"We enjoyed this little cozy boutique hotel so much. After busy days sightseeing we loved having a drink in the bar or living room which were festively decorated for Christmas. I wish the breakfast were more reasonably priced. Rooms and beds were comfortable. Great location with terrific restaurants just a block away. "

"We were in Vienna for New Year and this hotel was a great choice for convenience. Check in was easy and the gentleman who welcomed us gave us lots of local information. The room and bathroom were clean, warm and comfortable. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but we did eat in the restaurant on the first evening as we arrived late, the food was delicious. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area and we were spoilt for choice on other evenings. The hotel is a short walk to the metro...

"From December 23 to 28 2024 Excellent staff reception. This hotel has a special ambiance, and we loved it. The room was big, the bed and pillows comfortable and relaxing, but we found the bathtub inconvenient. The breakfast was fabulous, with a different choice for everyone. The staff was always perfect, very attentive and professional. I recommend the hotel. "

"My family and I had a great stay at the Hotel Rathaus. Clean, quiet, and located within walking distance of some amazing sightseeing. I had a 2nd floor room which was modern, spacious, and clean. My sister and mother stayed in rooms on the third floor which were also very nice though not as new as my room. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was a perfect start to each day. Thanks again to the staff - I hope to be back again soon! "

"The place does not match the image in the advert, so it was very confusing finding the location. Also, the room in the picture and the real room are quite different - this room is a bit larger than a closet. However, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the lounge downstairs is nice, offers good coffee/espresso, and is comfortable. The room and bath were impeccably clean and the bed comfortable. "
