"Impressive old mansion on a hill overlooking Vienna. Incredible city views at night and we were treated to a spectacular sunrise over the city in the morning too. The building itself has a checkered history, some of which was disturbing to read about, but the hotel has done a great job of utilising it for a memorable guest experience. Stunning views from the breakfast table and a great buffet breakfast. "

The room attendant didn’t always provide clean towels but hung the used ones back up if they weren’t dirty. The room attendant didn’t always provide new toilet rolls even when there were none left. The safe didn’t have instructions in English and after making the reception aware, nothing happened. I found it difficult to get to sleep as the trams ran right outside my bedroom window.
