"Not only was the water from the shower head going in ever direction because it was so gross from lack of cleaning, but there were 2 cockroaches found in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but since the bathroom was not clean I would have to question the cleanliness of the beds. I'm just glad this was a one night layover or I would have sought another place to sleep! I can't say too much for the staff as we only spoke with the front desk girl who was nice enough. Seriously, I'm not sure...

"I had booked this hotel through Expedia in May for a July 31 stay. The reservation I printed contained the phrase "No need to confirm. Your room is booked." Upon arrival, however, the clerk informed us that they were not accepting guests--the hotel was being renovated. Fortunately, Expedia was able to find us another room at a nearby Radisson. I should have been notified well in advance of this, as Expedia acknowledged."
